Shipping Policy

• Order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout.
• All orders are processed within 5 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
• Any delay, damage, or failure to deliver is the responsibility of the carrier. I will work with you and assist with delivery problems.
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Special Notes Regarding International Shipping (in addition to notes above)

• Black Maple workshop is not responsible for damages, delays, costs, fees, taxes or any other international customs agencies' actions.
• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Black Maple Workshop, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
